President/Founder - Sandhya Puchalapalli
Educator and community change maker Sandhya Puchalapalli has been a visionary over the past decades, building the organization to assist low income girls and women build on their strengths. A speaker at TEDx Delhi on creating new mindsets and a winner of the Leadership Impact Award from the Global Women's Leadership Network, Sandhya-Ma's multi-dimensional and holistic approach continues to inspire the local, national, and international community.
Secretary - Durga Kumari
A well known law professional, member of the consumer forum, and strong advocate for women's rights. Hearing Sandhya’s idea in the beginning of Aarti, she immediately hit the ground running by helping Aarti securing a home for the girls nearby her own. Now, Durga serves as Aarti’s secretary, a crucial member to our success

Mr. Jayesh Ranjan is a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and working in the state of Telangana. Jayesh Ranjan is the Principal Secretary of the Industries & Commerce (I&C) and Information Technology (IT) Departments of the Telangana government. With his background, he has become a valuable attribute to our team as the Treasurer
Advisor - V. Vijay Rama Raju IAS
Mr. V. Vijay Rama Raju, is an officer of the Indian Administrative Service, 2012 batch. He graduated from the prestigious BITS, Pilani and has prior experience of working with the Indian Railways. He is the District Collector and Magistrate of Y.S.R Kadapa from August 2021. He is our advisor and a valuable member of our team.
